In the past, I used to wake up tired, struggling to get out of bed in the morning. I consulted with Adi, and she guided me, explaining the importance of proper tongue posture and correct breathing. I started practicing, and after a period of doing so, I noticed that I wake up naturally before my alarm, full of energy and without any fatigue. My mood has also improved. Since my first lesson with Adi, I’ve been practicing every day, and I can definitely see and feel the change.

Hi Adi. I just wanted to update you about the effects of our session together (about lymphatic congestion.) The pain of building pressure went away. One lump went away completely, and half of the remaining small lumps lessened in size and firmness. So, I would say it was a successful session. I’m working with lymphatic specialists now to take care of the remaining issues.

My conversation with Adi was excellent. In just one session, even though we were still strangers, she managed to create a safe space for my heart to open up.
During the session, with her guidance, I felt grounded, and even when I spoke about things that hurt me and feared being overwhelmed by the intensity of the pain, the regulation that came from working with the body helped me feel safe and allowed my thoughts to truly have space.

I think hearing from clients can be encouraging so I wanted to share some of my shifts I experienced today. I shared with the group, after the exercise I felt so energized and a shift in momentum that’s encouraging me to move forward with the goals and dreams I have. The resistance I was feeling showed up as wanting proof my ideas are good and will be well-received. There was fear there. What followed I was not expecting and it was so beautiful. First, I had an idea of one way I can “collect proof” it’s a good idea. I’ve had a survey in mind for a while for a specific group of people and I felt encouraged today like “I can start with that!” The second unexpected thing that came up as you were guiding us was “What if it’s not actually about me.” This whole time I thought doing what I wanted was being selfish because I want to do it. But that intuitive question helped me to realize that what I want to do is actually meant to help many people and it truly isn’t just about me, it’s how I want to support others. A cognitive shift (a very empowering one I might add) was the question “Maybe I don’t know everything and that’s okay.”I was able to collect more limiting beliefs I will work on but this was such a beautiful and timely experience for me and I wanted to again say thank you!
My name is Eden. I struggle with anxiety, including globophobia (fear of balloons). I tried many treatments (psychologist, CBT, meditations, dynamic therapy). Some were more effective than others, but it was all a process and not a quick one.
I had several sessions with Adi, where we worked on both the globophobia and the intensified anxiety I experienced at the beginning of the war. Adi was amazing—patient and attentive. She knew how to ask the right questions and say the right things. Some sessions addressed issues I didn’t think were related, but I felt the impact afterward.
During the sessions, I already felt improvements in my thoughts, the intensity of my fears and anxieties. Thanks to Adi, I was able to leave the house after being paralyzed with fear for two months. By the end of each session, I felt changes in so many ways. I felt braver, could imagine myself doing things I didn’t think I could, and I actually managed to do some of them.
In my opinion, this is one of the most effective treatments. You can achieve results from the very first session, and the feeling afterward is incredible and lasts a long time. I highly recommend it—unique, pleasant, and effective!
Adi is very attentive and compassionate throughout the sessions. For someone who numbs emotions, I found the sessions with Adi very comforting and I felt safe to express my emotions fully. I felt supported and seen during my sessions with her. She also left space for me to use my own words during tapping which I found helpful. I would have sessions with her again.

I had been experiencing jaw and gum pain for a while, and after doing a few of your exercises for a few minutes, I felt an immediate change. I felt relaxation in the area, and the pressure was relieved. The pain gradually subsided and actually disappeared within a few minutes.
Before that, I had tried massaging my cheeks to no avail.
