I LOVE Freedom!

 

I’ve tried to build my life around it. I left my parents’ home at 19, and while everyone around me was getting married and settled down, I traveled the world and worked in flexible, uncommitted jobs. I found a partner who understands the importance of freedom to me, and we started a business that allowed us a lot of flexibility.

 

But no matter what I achieved, I didn’t feel completely free. There wasn’t a lot of freedom in my mind and body. I was constantly criticizing myself, feeling inadequate and exhausted. Constant worries, the pressure to always be doing something, being good enough and proving myself sucked the joy out of my day.

 

I never wanted to be dependent on anything—drugs, therapists, products, or procedures… things that can take away my autonomy.

 

So, I built a life that theoretically allowed a lot of freedom, but I didn’t have the energy or self-trust to really enjoy it.

I couldn’t just let go.

 

Then COVID-19 happened, and I freaked out. All my worst-case scenarios went into overdrive.

Both of us couldn’t work, and there was nothing we could do about it. From this place of helplessness and loss of control, I decided that if we can’t work, I can use this time to work on myself.

 

I dedicated myself to learning and practicing new things. Among many things, I discovered face exercises, the great importance of tongue position, and tapping—things I had never heard about before.

 

In just a few weeks, EVERYTHING changed—the way I felt, thought, and looked. I felt calmer no matter the circumstances. Things that used to overwhelm me no longer had the same effect. Many of my long-standing physical and mental symptoms improved or disappeared, including allergies, toxic self-talk, and anxieties. My appearance also transformed—my skin glowed, my eyes became more alert, and my jawline more defined.

 

I knew I had to help other women do the same. That became my passion.

 

I believe in simplicity and doing things with ease, not in the hard way.

I don’t like complex practices that drain my time and energy. So I simplified everything I learned into the essentials that truly matter, and I keep improving it.

These are easy to incorporate into everyday activities and adaptable to different schedules and situations.

 

Since then, I’ve been helping perfectionist women boost their energy levels and joy, build emotional resilience, look younger, and develop self-trust and self-love.
